Pay attention to three types of unqualified issues when purchasing corrugated cardboard products

Corrugated cardboard boxes are one of the most widely used packaging products, and their usage has always been at the forefront of various packaging products. In addition to protecting goods, facilitating storage and transportation, it also plays a role in beautifying and promoting goods. Corrugated cardboard boxes belong to green and environmentally friendly products, which are conducive to environmental protection and facilitate loading, unloading, and transportation. When purchasing corrugated cardboard products, attention should be paid to the following three types of non conformance issues:

1. A-class unqualified: The cardboard box cannot meet the function of protecting or labeling the contents: (1) The seams are detached; (2) The size exceeds the allowable error range; (3) Quality below the minimum specified value; (4) Fracture at the indentation line or cutting of the paper surface; (5) Surface tearing, punctures, holes or irregular cover flaps with excess cardboard adhered; (6) Printing errors, incomplete printing, or color and pattern errors; (7) External substances cause pollution.

2. Class B unqualified: The cardboard box has incomplete or problematic functions: (1) incomplete joint bonding, incomplete tape joints, or insufficient joint nailing; (2) Slotting and cutting into the edge of the cardboard box's side; (3) The cover cannot be docked, and the gap is greater than 3mm; (4) The moisture content of cardboard is higher than 20% or lower than 5%; (5) The cardboard box is bent at the non indentation area; (6) Incomplete printing on the box surface or blurry graphics and text; (7) The cardboard box did not take anti slip measures as required.

3. Class C unqualified: The appearance of the cardboard box is poor, but it does not affect its functional use.
